Test Forms

The test dates are listed on the NZISFA website and can be found by clicking here
Note that further dates may  be added as the season progresses.

• All tests will now be run by the North Island Committee.  This will stop any confusion around invoicing and who to contact regarding a test.  All payments for tests will be made to North Island Committee.
• There will be one form to complete for both Avondale and Botany rinks.  The costs for both rinks will be the same so it will no longer matter which rink you pay for and then sit your test at.
• Test forms will still be processed on a first in first served basis.
• We will aim to get information ahead of time for those wanting to complete higher level tests (Inter-Gold and above and Dance) to ensure we have the right judges available for those tests.
• There will be one test co-ordinator for the Auckland region so there will be more visibility over test applications coming in.  At present this Anna Ho.  This position will be elected at the AGM.
• Once the application and payment has been received you will receive confirmation that you have been booked onto a test date.  If the test date is full then you will be moved to the next available test date.  You will be advised of this at the time of receipt.  
• The North Island Committee will meet monthly to review the test applications coming in and if further test dates are needed to accommodate the requests.  Given the North Island Committee is made up of members from member clubs, they will have a good understanding of what tests may be coming up from their clubs.

Please remember that you should only submit a test form if the coach believes you are ready to sit the test now.
